Trista Bridges
ESG & Sustainability Strategy
Trista has over 20 years experience in strategy and strategic marketing across various sectors including life sciences, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and digital technology. Her career has focused heavily on embedding marketing and strategy capabilities in a global context, with business across Europe, the US, and Asia.
After business school, Trista worked for several years at Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) in their marketing strategy and executive development divisions. After several years with Monitor, she moved to financial services where she led strategy for a division at Thomson Reuters, before transitioning to entrepreneurship - first, in digital media and, more recently, at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and sustainability.
Through her work, she enables companies of all sizes to embrace ESG and embed sustainability in their business models and strategy. As co-author of the recently released Leading Sustainably (Routledge, 2020), Trista has emerged as a key thought leader and advisor in this fast-growing space.
Trista holds B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management. She is fluent in French and English.
