Torrie brings more than three decades of experience driving customer engagement, community strategy, and experiential innovation across some of the world’s most iconic brands. Her career spans senior leadership roles in operations, marketing, internal communications, and organizational design—focused on building ecosystems that deepen connection, loyalty, and lifetime value.

As a former Fortune 100 general manager and senior executive, Torrie has launched and scaled game, mobile, music, and consumer product divisions for companies including Disney, Warner Bros., Universal Pictures, Sony, T-Mobile, Microsoft, and Pokémon. She has consistently been recognized for her ability to gamify user experience, design high-impact customer and employee communities, and pioneer new forms of interactive engagement.

Her work includes numerous successful global game and mobile platform launches, the pioneering of several game labels, and the orchestration of signature community milestones—including a Guinness World Record for the first simultaneous live and virtual concert.

Torrie’s cross-functional leadership has helped complex, matrixed organizations adapt to new digital platforms while becoming more connected to both their customers and employees. Her expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and experience design.
