Norm brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex transformations, scaling high-growth ventures, and delivering results across early-stage, private equity, and multinational environments. His work spans M&A integration, operational turnaround, and enterprise program execution—with a focus on precision, accountability, and measurable impact.

As former Director of IT Portfolio and Strategy Management for a division of Mars Corporation, Norm led multi-country M&A integrations and operational conversions across Europe, including the acquisition and transformation of diagnostic reference laboratories in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.

Over the course of his career, he has partnered with executive teams, boards, and investors to accelerate value creation—whether stabilizing underperforming assets, scaling emerging companies, or driving post-merger integration. Known for bringing structure to ambiguity, Norm combines strategic clarity with disciplined execution and a relentless focus on outcome delivery.

He holds a B.A. in English Literature from Wake Forest University and is proficient in French and Italian.
