Kasia Moreno is a dedicated content strategist, practitioner of online journalism and experienced leader of editorial teams who runs content creation agency McParlin Partners. Most recently, she was SVP and Global Head of Content at Chubb, where she oversaw global content planning, creation and execution across multiple channels for the world’s fifth-largest publicly traded P&C insurance company. Under her leadership, Chubb doubled the annual 2022 editorial production output in the first six months of 2023 and tripled LinkedIn impressions of original content from Q1 2023 to Q2 2023.

Prior to Chubb, she advised major companies on leadership content planning, creation and measurement for over a decade. Her clients included: Harvard Business Review Analytic Services, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY, European Investment Bank, Lockheed Martin, Intel, Microsoft, AWS, JP Morgan, Workday, Hitachi, Nasdaq and many others.

Kasia spent two decades at Forbes media – first as a reporter, editor and Chief of Reporters. As Editorial Director of International Editions, she co-created and oversaw 20+ international editions of Forbes and organized and led conferences for editors of international editions of Forbes. As Director of Research & Operations, Forbes Middle East, based in Dubai, she conceptualized and created the first two issues of Forbes Middle East, hired reporters and writers, implemented workflows, set editorial standards, created region-specific rankings.

She holds an M.A. in Linguistics from University of Warsaw, as well as an M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and is fluent in English and Polish.
