Marketing and CX Strategy

Blake brings more than 25 years of experience developing and implementing integrated marketing and CX strategy for startups through Fortune 100 companies in technology, financial services, retail, telecommunications, and consumer goods. His background uniquely spans B2B and B2C marketing in company, agency and consulting firm environments.

After early forays in ecommerce for companies such as Getty Images and Activision, Blake led marketing strategy for Wunderman’s second largest account, Microsoft, followed by marketing and CX strategy leadership roles at Sapient Razorfish, Infosys, and Accenture Song. In 2020, Blake joined SVB to lead integrated marketing strategy for the bank’s largest segment, where he revamped positioning strategy and orchestrated multiple advancements to reduce customer acquisition costs as well as increase customer lifetime value.

Blake earned his undergraduate degree from Yale, crafting an interdisciplinary major that fused politics with economics, philosophy, and psychology. He received his MBA from the University of Southern California with a joint focus on marketing and entrepreneurship.
