Her work unified sales, product, customer success, and finance into a single operating model—driving 50% growth in strategic sales, improving sales productivity by 40%, and accelerating deal velocity through AI-enabled sales transformation.
Previously, as Senior Vice President of Business Marketing at AT&T, Alicia led a multi-year repositioning effort that elevated the brand to the #1 position in brand relevance among enterprise decision-makers. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer of AT&T Cybersecurity, where she oversaw demand generation, channel enablement, and global growth for one of the world’s largest managed security services providers.
